Probiotic, Artisan made in New Zealand. I developed this kraut after moving back to the west and experimenting even more with the wild art of fermentation. This kraut is a mix of cabbage, coriander (leaves and seeds), parsley, juniper berries and caraway seeds. Spectacular with fish, superb in a potato salad, delicious straight out of the jar.
